We’re looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst excited to work with real business data, develop analytical skills, and support critical decision-making. If you enjoy problem solving, Excel puzzles, and learning by doing, this role will give you the foundation to grow fast.
Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will help collect, organize, and analyze data to support onboarding and customer teams. You’ll work primarily with Excel and SQL, transforming raw datasets into clear, actionable insights. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to answer questions, build reports, and ensure data is reliable, accessible, and meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, format, and analyze datasets using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, vlookups).
- Run basic SQL queries to pull data, validate assumptions, and support reporting needs.
- Assist in data quality checks and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to answer data-related questions.
- Support ad-hoc analysis for product development, operations, and customer performance.
- Document data processes, definitions, and reporting steps.
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions, lookups).
- Basic SQL querying skills (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).
- Ability to analyze and interpret numeric and categorical datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to dive into complex data.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SQL, Python or other scripting languages.
- Exposure to SaaS, logistics, AI, or operations analytics.
- Prior internship or project experience working with business datasets.
