Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Diversifi.ai, you will play a central role in shaping the roadmap, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring features are delivered on schedule. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Leadership to build and refine products that empower logistics teams with next-generation AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving alignment and meeting deadlines.
What You'll Do
  • Own and drive product roadmap execution — ensuring clarity of requirements, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and company strategy into well-defined feature specs and user stories.
  • Maintain organized product documentation, sprint planning, and backlog processes to keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope features, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional communication, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Analyze product performance and user engagement to inform iteration and future enhancements.
  • Gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and market research to refine product direction.

Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with Marketing and Sales teams on launches and enablement materials.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–6 years of product management experience in SaaS, B2B, AI, or related technology environments.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, hold teams accountable, and deliver high-quality features on schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity using data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and modern project management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Haves
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL technologies.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI, data analytics, or ML-powered products.
  • Background coordinating launches, customer rollouts, or change management initiatives.
  • Comfort conducting user interviews, synthesizing qualitative insights, and proposing solutions.

Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage, or high-growth startup environments.
